What kind of security does the site provide?

           

After you've added products to your shopping bag, select "Proceed to checkout". You'll be redirected to our SECURE SERVER where you'll fill your shipping and billing details, including all sensitive credit card information. Your order will be safely transmitted to our server using a 128-bit encryption Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) configuration.

           

How long does it take to receive an order?

           

Most shipments will be received between 5-7 business days from the date of order. For International shipments, this can vary depending upon the destination country's processing time for customs.

           

Do you offer faster delivery?

           

For an extra fee, 2nd day shipping is available. Please specify this when placing an order.

          

How can I care for the products I have ordered?

           

Silks with beading or embroidery should always be dry-cleaned. With some strong colors, there may be color transferring when product is wet.

           

For wraps (cashmere/silk) and Cashmere, we also recommend dry-cleaning. However, it is possible to hand-wash a shawl with great care. Dry it on a flat surface, and iron it on a wool or silk setting. We also suggest that you do not leave any silk or woolen (cashmere/silk) product in the sun, as fading may occur. Shedding can be avoided with a simple lint brush, and dry cleaning also helps eliminate this problem. Since these products are often hand woven and hand dyed, some slight variations may occur in color and weave. We think this adds to the beauty and individuality of each piece.

           

How accurate are the colors from the website?

           

It is very difficult to accurately depict colors on the web. Depending upon the monitor you are using, colors can vary slightly from computer to computer. So, we have tried to name the colors in a way to give an idea of what the color most likely resembles.
